How much does shipping cost?
Important Update Regarding Order Fulfillment and Shipping Please be advised that our warehouse team will be observing a staff holiday from February 6th to February 13th. As a result, there may be a delay in order fulfillment and shipping during this period.
All items offered on Sport9design.com are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.
All shipments are sent by UPS or DHL, FedEx, Yun Express. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your orders shall be shipped out from our warehouse located at: Asia and China factory.
Please kindly note your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping to your address that you provide to us. We shall commit about delivery time to you as table below:

We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Times, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 15 business days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?
Items shipping internationally from factories in Asia and China are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) will remove the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption for low-value imported goods (i.e. all goods with a value of up to €22*). As a result, all commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT and require a Formal Customs Declaration. Therefore, kindly be informed if your shipping address is located in the EU area:
1. VAT to EU countries is charged in advance
2. Declare prices are usually much lower than the actual price that you bought so that VAT can be the lowest as possible. In case you're called to make clearance and asked for purchasing invoices by customs (which rarely happens), kindly contact us in advance.

First of all, we are really thankful for your interest in Sport9design and our products.
We honestly thank our dearest customers who believe in us and didn't hesitate to show your love and support to Sport9design.
Recently, many of our customers have contacted Sport9design and asked if we had launched other shops because they have seen many items that look exactly the same as Sport9design. However, they weren't advertised by Sport9design which make Sport9design customers confused.
We did some research and now we want to share with you a little bit of what we found out about this situation.
All of our products are designed by Sport9design creative, industrious, enthusiastic, real Designers, Artists. Every single product is a result of hours of hard work.
Sadly, we found out that there are bad people are using tools, automatic machines to clone products photos from us and many other respectful legit stores out there.
These online thieves then put the images on their own website and sell products with lower prices, bad quality. Severely, some of these online thieves are also scammers, they never ship the orders.
We don’t want any of our valuable customers to get into these problems with the cloners, scammers out there so that we want to give you some tips to corroborate that you are purchasing from the real Sport9design Store.
First, please make sure that you enter to the right domain. We are only selling on www.sport9design.com.
Secondly, our product photos are watermarked with Sport9design logos. The cloners use machines to get the images so that they cannot remove the watermarks. If the watermarks are not matched with the website logo, domain please do not make any purchase.
